I'm curious as to why they didn't assemble the Litz cables for hunters ahead of time so they could be ready when the item is shipped. They could have gotten the connector information through a simple email request or field in the purchasing page... :\ Trinity makes some weird choices sometimes.

It might be so in order to accomodate people's preferences: 2.5 TRRS, 3.5 TRRS, 3.5 regular,...

Dang, the Icarus III looks longer and skinnier than the Master, and the Icarus IV looks hefty.

I think he's just saying they could have accommodated those same preferences by asking before they shipped out and the cable would be in the box already.

I should be getting the last items in the 990 range, curious on which one they'll send out.

Bob told me my number would be 626 when I contacted him about it, but really won't know until they are delivered. Sure hoping for the end of this week or next. If not, I will be contacting Jake again, even though I don't like doing so.

Interesting. I thought the Icarus III page said it was only shipping with the carbon faceplates. I hope they include the red ones. They look amazing.

They actually look identical to me.

It's very confusing. They said you can order them now or wait for the reveal in a few weeks. That reveal / becoming available never happened. Which is pretty much what I was waiting for tbh.
**** I hope all of this is gonna be worth it. If I waited a year to get a headphone that is barely worth it's discounted price I am gonna be very sad

I'm not sure if this has always been on the Icarus IV preorder page but it says that the production version will be the same size as the master.
