My Icarus 3 came with them in their own separate bag, and the bag was inside the triangle case.

You might already know, but if not, any booklets that come with the Trinity IEMs are off as far as what each filter does. Here is a copy of the updated guide form their site:

• SILVER = Enhanced bass. Offering a V shape signature while retaining plenty of musical detail
• GUNMETAL (Smooth) = Natural. Offering a more balanced sound signature across the frequencies.
• PURPLE = Treble. Offering a reduced bass signature with an focus on upper mids and treble.
• GOLD = Perfect balance between gunmetal and purple filters SILVER (Fun) = Enhanced bass. Offering a V shape signature while retaining plenty of musical detail
• SILVER (with damper) = Enhanced bass. Offering a V shape signature while retaining plenty of musical detail with smoothed treble
• PURPLE (With damper) = Treble. Offering a reduced bass signature with an focus on upper mids and treble. (treble smoothed)
• GOLD (With damper) = Perfect balance between gunmetal and purple filters (treble smoothed)
• RED (Black damper) = This is a new version of our silver filter with the treble rolled off for more of an L shape signature
• BLACK (Black Damper) = Re-imagining of the purple filter, this filter is quite neutral with the high frequencies allowed to shine a little over the mids.
• GREEN (Black damper) = Much like our Gunmetal filter with controlled highs and midrange lifted a little
• BLUE (Black damper) = Whole range in balance nothing over done, bass heads need not apply
• ORANGE (Black Damper = Very lean signature and won't be for most people, treble rolled off

If they are not offering spinfits they should update the website at least.

Just received the ICARUS III today, came with Spinfits (surprisingly).
I was one of the GETMEICARUS pre orderers.

Surprisingly (for me) the Sound dont make that much of a difference between Spinfits and their standart silicone tips!
Soundwise I really like the Silver ones the most.
I dont have any complaints, no sibiliance even with the undamped silvers!
Bass goes deep, deeper as most IEMs I had. They sound to me like the LZ-A4 but with better highs.
Maybe the Bass was a bit tighter on the A4, but for this price they are great!

My preordered Icarus III also arrived today. I find they benefit from wider bores and thinner tip material than the kombi or Spinfits, which are pretty warm; I found some suitable tips lying around and they give more space to the treble and mids (with the undamped gold filters). Definitely a convincing overall sound and with a family resemblance to the Delta; now I just have to see how good they really are (my usual go-tos are the DN-2000J and FX850, which are not that easy to beat).

I'm liking the standard silicone tips, not much advantage to the SpinFits.
I will probably make my own Kombi tips by stuffing a little foam into the silicone to improve isolation.

Just gotten my tracking number for my Icarus III, purchased 2 days ago. Pretty quick!

Interesting... many of us preordered the Icarus III, long time ago, and received no shipping info, no updated status for the preorders made long time ago, no nothing, and waiting with some other
preorders as well.

I am going to contact Kiean again, since the first and only reply I have got from him was that all of the Icarus III are shipped to customers.

Or I am going to contact this new person - manager at Trinity, directly here on HeadFi.

I ordered mine last week and got a notification that they were sent last Thursday. I didn't Choose tracking number so I really can't tell where they are. Just hope they arrive soon.

This make things even more interesting.

Would like to hear from others who made preorders in march, aprli this year and so on, and have not received any hum in any way about Icarus III being sent to us.
