Yes. The baton has been passed and I apologize for the delay. Bad timing for me with all this construction work...

ill be finalizing my thoughts and words and review will hopefully be up by the weekend. Don't expect big things like super in depth and fancy Blue Moon material. I like to be straightforward.

Ah looking forward to your impressions. Be sure to give them a whirl on your 3rd ANV :).

One step ahead of you. By the way, i had to swap out the tips for a pair of T-500 complys because the Ortofon tips weren't cutting it for me fit wise.

Do the comply tips emphasis the bass for you in comparison? I'm sure it would tame the treble as well :). What size tips do you use generally?

When I use the single flanges like the Ortofons I usually use large in my left and X large in my right. When using comply's the mediums do the trick. The T-500's I'm using are a shallow fitting tip so no it doesn't overly emphasize the bass compared to say the Ortofon tips. The highs are smooth sounding compared to the ortofon tips which are quite peaky sounding. Mids don't seem effected thus far and sound stage and imaging seems about the same too. I'll be doing some A/Bing against my Sony MDR EX-600 as a comparison in imaging and sound stage. I think the EX 600 has finally met it's match as far as imaging and sound staging is concerned.

This may have been my fault for not trying more tips with the 1Plus2. I felt it was way too bright and piercing with the Ortofon tips. As SoulLinker20 mentioned here, the FitEar TG!334 tips toned down the sibilance quite a bit (but I sold my TG!334 to buy the 1Plus2 so couldn't swap tips), but should have considered Complys which I speculate would absorb the highs even more.

I haven't been following the thread to closely over the last few weeks. Currently what tips are provided with the 1Plus2 if someone buys a unit? I only got 3 pairs of single flange Ortofon tips so I'm wondering if that's it.

I struggled too like DFreak regarding the ortofons....the L would fit the in the left side but wouldn't work very well with sealing on the right...I ordered comly M ts500s and certai NLT got a better seal, but noticed loke changes in tonality and felt the soundstage collapse somewhat...

Consider giving these a whirl. They work the best for me on the 1Plus2.
