This I believe is mainly a speaker amp, with a headphone amp function for night time listening.

A "T class" amp, i'm curious how well it drives high impedance cans. @Weiss, have you tried it with headphones?

The Tripath chip can't be used to power headphones (the common ground on TRS plugs would short it), so it is not in the signal path for the headphones. Like most Tripath-based amps, it uses a separate headphone amplifier circuit.

I do not have this amp, so I can't comment on how well it performs.

Small, energy efficient speakeramp. The general concensus is that the TA2020 model sounds best and is the one to get. Can be had for about $50. Should drive most efficient bookshelf speakers (86db) without too much hassle. I ordered the TP-22, based on the TK2050 chip. Slightly more oomph than the older TA2020 chip.

These things are a no-brainer really. They're actually REALLY decent.

When it comes to basic speaker listening, yes they are.
They are being used on car audio as well.

IMHO with speakers it is a decent amp. It drives my bookshelf speakers in my bedroom as well as my floorstanding speakers in my living room.
I've tried it with headphones once for a short time. There was nothing special about it but my impression was that the headphone out of my AVR (Marantz SR 5004) sounded better.

Im thinking of buying the TP32, Does anyone have any experience, good or bad advice on it?
Ill be using it as both a headphone amp and to run small speakers.

Given some of the incredible Youtube vids of smaller T-amps driving big speakers, I find the TA2022 a very interesting proposition.

Topping TP-60  50W into 8-ohms. There are still one or two entry-level fullsize speaker amps that dont manage those numbers - granted, if the first Watt is no good yada yada.  Still - for that money, you arent mortgaging your house to find out. These amps dont measure terribly well - fwir - but thousands of people seem to enjoy what comes out of their speakers.

I have two Topping TP22 amps, one for bedroom and one for office. They are built well, and sound smooth and clean. I have used 10 different integrated amplifiers under $1000, both solid state and tubes, and the original Sonic Impact T-amp as well. TP22 is good enough to be called entry level hi-fi and good enough for speakers under $1000. Bette sound than the original T-amp and much more power, too. TP22 has similar power to my Jolida JD301  hybrid amp, but better sound.

I did not try the headphone version TP41 and we know that Tripath chip cannot drive headphones with a common ground. I wholeheartedly recommend the 30W TP22 for any audiophile who wants to save money for better speakers.

I have had the TP41 for a little over a year now and enjoy it quite a bit with speakers.  I was actually shocked at how good it sounded driving my ancient (~1991) Bose bookshelf speakers I bought way back in highschool.

I use it in my mancave/workshop.

The headphone amp portion, though, is not very good.  Certainly for the money you can do better.  It is barely able to drive my HD650's and is, IMO, under powered.  It uses a separate amp circuit to drive the headphones and the speakers so you aren't getting any "T amp" benefit when using cans.  My Fiio E9 did a much better job with headphones.
