I've been looking for the same thing too and noticed that the Mad Dogs and Pro 900 seem to be quite suitable. However, I don't have either of them at the moment. Anyone experienced both of them before?

You could use IEMs too but I'm assuming you prefer headphones.

Check out the Denon D5k/D7k or Beyer t70/t90 or Mad Dogs or possibly any other headphone besides beats. Worst headphones you can buy. Oh and if you are looking for bass quantity, stay away from the K550 and Shure 940 as their bass is almost non-existent.

What kind of music do you listen to? Are you looking for more bass for your electronic and pop? or something containing less bass output but more accurate highs for something like classical?
