Guys, long time no see, but I see waters are kept cool without me. I will be back on my hunt for my endgame before long and in here for you guys' knowledge!

In the mean time, my first duet is here and it's been an absolute honour having my mentor Neisha join me behind the mic. She is eeeasily one of Slovenia's finest vocalists ... of all time. Not an exaggeration.

Please, enjoy her parts of the song and battle your way through my parts 😄

Since it's in Slovene you won't understand a word, but music is much more than words.

Totally effortless, isn't she? Very well done both of you! You're still liking the journey - or so it sounds.

drftr
Thanks!
Her control and range and variety and charisma and ...
Still enjoying every bit of it.

Nice to see some more reviews and impressions of Supremacy, love mine. Been loaned away to a friend for some weeks, got it back today and the current session been magical. Cliche word/description, but organic mids is what I hear. Its addictive and make it easy to dream away listening to music, I have paired it with the WM1AM2 and a Dual-Copper for nice synergies

On this gloomy rainy Midwest day DHL has given one heck of a mail call.

the AME Mousa unboxing experience is phenomenal and complete. Three sets of ear tips, Comply, AME custom and some W1 Spintfits, a transducer cover for travel with a cable snap and cleaning cloth. Can not forget the three area desk snap case for storage.

The Eletech cable is very very soft with slight memory that I'm sure can be kinked out over time and use. They are a little thiccc, on my scale they are around 25 grams per side.

The shell is on the larger side with amazing anatomic fit for myself particularly. Noted, they do require the Simon Fisk twist to have a proper deep seal and fit for my ears. Tossed some Eletech Baroques on er.

For those sensitive to touch and smell, Be ready, you will smell like copper after handling. AME have put an anti oxidation coating on the Mousa.

Tossed er on the Mojo 2 + Poly for a quick whirl while the Pendent SE warms up.

On this track we have the Guitar straight dead in the middle of the stage with Vocals right above, The Mousa is able to grab that initial transient edge of the pluck precisely imaged, fallowed by its dynamical pressure without losing itself in the slam of midbass. Warm and thick with the ability to bring in the sparkle of treble when needed in the stage.
20241105_172343.jpg

We do have some noise floor his here from the tube amp as expected out of the 8ohm, Moving over the Mousa has filled out more with the extra power over the Mojo 2 + Poly.
Screenshot_20241105_190324_Roon.jpg

The Mousa is able to fill out the stage more on the tube amp with a more harmonic transient respace. The sub bass and mid bass are fully textured with a more engaging textured hit from start to finish.
20241105_173344.jpg

These are some initial thoughts and I will come back with more detailed findings over these next couple weeks with some comparisons. Lets hope my other amp gets here in time...

I hope you are all getting over this mid week hump, Imma gonna sit back, start genre hopping and enjoy a nice drink.

Cheers to all! Thank you for your time!

After my A12t was destroyed, I needed a replacement in a similar price range. While I considered sticking with the A12t, I ultimately decided to try something new and picked up the Oriveti Grand Supremacy. @Scubadevils review Here provides a fantastic overview, and I’d like to add some observations, especially around cable pairing.

First impressions: these IEMs are visually stunning—Oriveti has truly created a standout design that feels unique in an otherwise crowded market. The Grand Supremacy impresses in several key areas: it has a beautifully organic, slightly warm tonality with rounded note edges that add a sense of naturalness to the sound. The soundstage is both wide and deep, delivering a strikingly spacious presentation with well-defined layering. Vocals take center stage with decent texture and a sense of intimacy, while the bass feels well-balanced, supportive, and nicely integrated with the mids.

Of course, no IEM is without its quirks. While I appreciate the organic tuning, it doesn’t achieve the smoothness I personally prefer. Coherence is good, though I was hoping for a bit more refinement in detail retrieval, especially given the price point.

On the topic of cables, I experimented with the Code 24 and Code 24C. The Code 24 added warmth and a slightly thicker note weight but sacrificed some soundstage width and air, which was unexpected. The Code 24C, on the other hand, created a somewhat hollow midrange, so I ultimately stuck with the stock cable. Although it’s not ergonomically my favorite, it seemed to provide the best synergy overall.

In terms of how the Grand Supremacy fits within my collection, I’d say it’s ideal for extended listening sessions. It offers a spacious soundstage with ample air and avoids aggressive bass or harsh treble peaks, making it perfect for relaxed, immersive listening. That said, I often turn to my Dita Perpetua for this kind of soundscape, as it surpasses the Oriveti in most areas—though at a much higher price point.

Overall, Oriveti has done an excellent job with the Grand Supremacy.
Its a very organic iem, the sound is sweet. I wonder if wood based iem sounds will change over time. I know guitar sound changes over time.

The hype train reached my station 🚉

First visual impression: gorgeous! 🦋

They match Orpheus perfectly, and its opposite color of the AP
