The lack of reviews/thoughts on the Vision Ears Aura is criminal.

Has anyone gotten ears on it outside of sneak peaks at a couple shows?

Edit: Also I don't think they tend to send out review/tour units of limited IEMS like that.

*edit* Vision Ears did not even have a unit to show off at their own shop, so I doubt there are many units going around for free right now.

Is there any reviews on the VE Red? At one of the Canjams, a few people really liked it.

They are planning to release a new product very soon, in August, at the Hong Kong AV Show. Let's see what that turns out to be.

I have heard that the new product is for the VE2-8 line based on the prototype.

The VE Red is a prototype; not an official model (yet). That new product you’re talking about should be the Anniversary model based on the VE Red/Blue prototype. Amin said the UIEM will launch in August, and they’ll try to get a CIEM version by the end of the year.

The way I've seen any AK collabs go is the collaborator doesn't have it at their station, only AK has it at theirs. Same happened with EE AK odyssey.

I know I know. I sure you think I’m nuts!!!!! With my Ronin Prestige + coming I’d like to mix things up a bit and have a little more diversity.

I finally got my VientoB back in from a refit and this thing is absolute magic. One of the best tuned IEMs around. Their stock accessories are terrible, but if you cable roll you should be in good shape. This might be the best all rounder IEM I have ever tried.
