On another note, regarding Oriolus, they knew what they were doing (obviously) in matching the PW No.5 with the Reborn. I dug out my 8-wire with it, and the bird can sing!
Started breaking in Isa with Satin Audio Athena yesterday. A few hours ago I tried them and they were singing very nicely. I then went to Musicteck's website and the Satin Athenas were gone. There goes a great not too expensive IEM. Eletech Iliad arrives tomorrow

aaf evo,
There were two recommendations from two members I respect. Iliad and Satin Athena. The Athena is cooking with Isa at the moment and next week I will break in Iliad. Having tried Athena and Isa a few minutes ago, I am thinking that it has a good chance to be Isa's every day cable. Best I have heard Isa sing since I bought her. Previous cable was PW Audio 1950s Monile.
I am also enjoying ThieAudio Monarch connected to PW Audio 1950s Century cable. At the moment , my best combo. Just unreal. It must be how the big Bird sounds!
The Isa, and Reborn are incredible, surprisingly (or not so much so for Bird aficionados) the Isabelle scales incredibly well, with cabling and amping.

I'm guessing your spiraling out of control would seem like absolutely nothing compared to here in the states. And nobody seems to care... We are back in the office, schools are all in person, some states are operating completely like nothing is even happening. Oh well.
"The Anus" has been on my short list of IEMs to snap up if one ever appears on the used market (they never do). I've been curious about it ever since @twister6 reviewed it a few years ago.
