since you havent listened to any hd 25 i wonder if you could do a tierd setup for amps of fiios and other brands if its not too much of a hassle
p.s amps ther dac counter parts and/or any other accessories i might find useful with "tier 3" HD 25 thats priced... modeslty...
I don't know all that much about the fiio amps or similar since I haven't kept up with that category of stuff, so can't help you there. Sorry! Maybe someone else can though.
hmm :/ everyone else seems to have oppinions on the headphones and are answering THOSE questions... but no one has any incite with the fiios? or similar amps?

IMO the HD380 is on the same tier as the HD595. I have both and properly amped, the HD380 have a dark HD650ish sounding while the HD595 is airy. Both perform wonderfully. HD380 is a step higher than the HD280 and I believe is sennheiser's best full sized closed ear headphone.
