How does the u(A)12t sound compared to the Empire Ears Legend X and Phantom?

@ahossam

Never heard anything about this...don't think there have been any changes to the production fourte since it was released.

People who auditioned it claimed the new Fourte is warmer than the old one, maybe 64 Audio has refined the treble as some reviewer mention that Fourte has a bit of timbre issues in the treble so they advice to put foam tips to eliminate it.

the treble can be perceived as a bit "hot" on the fourte from my experience.

64A frequents this thread...they may chime in to confirm or deny any changes.

i certainly have not heard anything about this myself.

If they don't bother you, foam tips are the best tips for the Fourte's, I agree!

Hello, this is my first post in here, is there's Tia Fourte 3rd gen?

Recently some people auditioned new Tia Fourte and call it Fourte 3rd gen, they said it has smooth out the treble compare to old Fourte.
Uuuu pretty curious about this too

well, there you go. looks like this is one of their next projects.

honestly, a treble-tamed fourte and bass-boosted u18 would probably be the surest and fastest way for 64a to convince more people to purchase their totl offerings.

A18 is still top dog in my stable. still can't help but shake my head every time i listen to it...

happy to do some testing for ya, 64a! ; )

Ugh I feel like such a buffoon because I said I would stay away from high tier priced cables ($1000+) but since I went from SP1000M Gold to N6ii I have some extra $ laying around and now I’m tempted to either rebuy the 1950s or get the Leo 2 Octa for my A18t. I am considering the Cleo Octa also but I can’t find a single review of it online so that is making me a bit hesitant.

Last time I saw Mr. Gordeyev, he was very tight lipped about fourte 2, apparently it’s now skipped 2 and jumped strait to 3 . I wonder what version 2 was. We need sources to confirm as now I’m an outsider on all things 64.

If a 4-wire Cleo is anything to go by, I LOVE it with my Trio. Been pairing it since day one. Makes everything that is good with the Trio even better.

That said, I’m getting my Leo 2 Octa tomorrow, and will be pairing it with the Trio. I don’t think you can go wrong with either the Leo Octa or Cleo Octa.

Whilst I'm super excited by the prospect of a newly tuned Fourte woohoo (the top end was just too bright for MY ears) I said I'd reply to this thread at some point regarding my SilverFi IEM-R4 cable with my U18t.

It arrived after a long wait but Sezai is clearly a perfectionist and wanted to get this just right. This cable is absolutely ridiculous in terms of data retrieval out of my amped AK380. The stock cable now sounds very congested and muddy. I know that is a ludicrous statement, because I used to absolutely love it, and I remember loving it and I've raved about the out-of-the-box tone, but the leap in performance is unprecedented. There is a stunning clarity and precision with a natural feel that I've not heard before, and I've been fortunate to try a number of great cables.

I get my Hugo 2 in a few days as the amped AK380 is now the limiting factor and cannot keep up with the IEMs + cable. I can't talk about the cable with other non BA IEMs of course... so I shan't... and this is an astonishing pairing.

So.
Much.
Detail.

Arrghhhhh....

I'll try the cable/U18t with a Chord TT2 and M Scaler and you can find me crying in the corner next week.

Wow, that sounds great. Cables are so essential...
