It's too bad they don't make their balanced cables with a 90 degree connector - much less stress on the jack.
Yeah I also generally like the 90 degree connectors as I've had a few incidents with the straight ones when sitting down - bent outputs cables and so on. But oh well, what can you do :D

Thank you! :)
I have an impression that you like purple and green...not sure from where it came from.

BTW, try "Hanz Zimmer - The World of Hanz Zimmer" album on your shiny new Noir, it will sound magical.

My A12Ts are hopefully coming in the next two weeks. Does anyone have some cable recommendations that won't break the bank (<$150)? I love thin, flexible cables like this one and don't really care about the cable's actual specs.

I've generally liked the Linum SuperbaX for ultra thin lightweight cables. Check them out here https://www.linum.dk/shop/buy-now/

Only caveat is that they don't have a memory wire which can be good or bad depending on personal preference and when/how you listen!

Just remember to get 2pin, not MMCX. I like the Effect Audio Ares II.

Thanks for the recommendations! I looked into both cables (and some other ones) and I'll probably get the Ares II just because I like the look of the connectors a little more.

You haven't received your pair of ciems yet and don't know how you gonna like a stock cable, so why not wait to try it first?

Haha I'm a huge fan of both the colours and the combination... Also a bit crazy about the Joker so you can kinda see how it happens...

I will make sure to have a listen a bit later today!

Loving how that cable turned out! One day I will find an excuse to get myself a Poetic series as well. :D
I really really like these two cables, especially in those color combinations with the 64 audio IEMs. They also sound great and the prices aren't crazy high for a silver+gold cable

For my VE Elysium which is arriving next week I ordered the Satin Audio Athena. 600$ for a silver + palladium 8 wire cable sounds pretty damn good to me!

hey guys, so i'm about to purchase the trios and can possibly get a great deal. for those of you that have heard it, all things considered, what would you say is a good and fair price for a brand new set? is the msrp $2300 fair? if not, what would be a price that is suitable for everything that the trios bring to the table? thanks.
