Can you guys contact 64audio customer support these days ? Look like they are very busy. I sent them an email from last Friday but now i still don’t receive any reply from them. I called them today at least 5 times and left 2 messages to let them call me back but no response.

Never called, but I always get fairly quick replies from sales.

Yup I contacted and called them a few times before and got reply very quickly but not this time. Im kinda disappointed. Maybe they are too busy with the July 4th.

True. It is probably a short week for them assuming they get the 4th as a paid holiday.

I have heard the U12t and Tia Trio. How does the U18t sound compared to the U12t? What is the difference in sound? Is the U18t more analytical and the U12t musical? How about bass between the two.

The 12 is a banger. It has the greater amount of bass boost, but it's all confined to the low reaches, probably below 200. The 18 has less elevation, and stays elevated up to maybe 800—a pretty typical mild V. I'd say the 18 is the more 'musical' of the two, as most people use the term. At least when it's equipped with the M20 Apex.

Of the two, the 12 is the more natural fit for my preferences. Elevated bass with minimal coloration. The 18 is warmer, but not by so much that it's a problem. The 18 has a significantly wider presentation. Both have similar, crazy amounts of detail, but the 12 is fitting it into a smaller space.

I covered a lot of this comparison a few years ago here.

Thanks! Your comparisons have solidified my A12t choice.

Thanks! Your comparisons have solidified my A12t choice.

If I were paying my own money, I'd have gone 12t all the way. The 18t might be, say, 10% or so better if you prioritize details and soundstage, but certainly not 50%. And tonally, like I say, the 12t is a more natural fit for me, and a lot of people.

True that, going up the food chain pyramid, it's often diminishing returns where the price can go up 50% while performance is only 10-15%. And you can $2k cable to squeeze out that last 5% of improvement

hey everyone, i also got the chord mojo with my fourte from 64audio. on the manual it says the light at the charging port indicates power level with different colors. however, when its plugged in and charging, theres only a white/blue light. does this mean i have to unplug it and turn it on every time to see how much it has charged? and how would i know if i has fully charged? thanks.
