For sure. Comparing it to the Z1R mainly. Both are incredible iems. The Trio just feels much nicer in ear because it’s lighter. Only got to spend about 30 minutes with them so far though.
We've had delays with current packaging, we mainly wanted to get the units to our customers sooner than later. We can definitely send the new "sleeve" when it is ready, just reach out to support@64audio.com and we can send it over when they are ready (which may actually be today).New symbol on the IEMs with old packaging? Though they are simple logo/font changes, It feels strange to see old packaging of mismatch printing with what’s in the box. Sorry I may be nitpicking but these are premium products with high respects and reputations. Wish the issue is fixed soon and I appreciate 64 Audio is doing its best with the new packaging issue.

To be honest, regarding the design I prefer the old, in my personal view, more classical design. Therefor, I am satisfied
But I was disappointed not to find the new leather case but instead the old plastic case included in the packaging.
The clear, transparent, coherent and highly resolving sound properties of the U18t, which is my first 64audio device, have impressed me. U18t is fantastic with Classical music, jazz and in general. acoustic music and fits perfectly to my wraith, odin, LX-SE and pola39.

I wish the changes were that simple to make, but if you've ever been involved in complicated manufacturing you'll know that sometimes these things are more difficult and can take unexpected turns. If you order a new UIEM from us or from one of our re-sellers we can definitely hold off on shipping your unit until we get that new sleeve. Please just send us an email and let us know.
If your local distributor had a unit that was shipped to them before November 25th 2020 then you will have the old logo and case. We can't control what stock our re-sellers still have as they sell through remaining older stock, so I would advise checking with the re-seller about the ship date of that particular UIEM. Our website accurately showed exactly what to expect when purchasing, before 11/25/2020 the product pages showed the old logos and the old package contents, after 11/25/2020 those details were updated on the product pages. You would have to reach out to your local re-seller regarding the units they have in stock, that date is just the specific date that we started to ship the units with the new logos on the IEM

Well, through some unplanned events I’ve ended up with another pair of Nio’s in my collection 
I did miss those beautiful abalone faceplates. Gotta say they do sound much better with the iBasso DX220 Max which I didn’t have when I had my first set of Nio’s.
