I'm on firmware v3.6 for the original R3. This version supposedly has Qobuz, but where can I find it in the operating system? I see the T for Tidal along the top menu bar, but I see nothing for Qobuz.

And just in case it isn't obvious, you can have both. Once you've logged into each service once, it will remember your credentials and you can switch back and forth as desired by long-pressing the icon.

Yes it can, and as far as I know they are fully unfolded.

So I got an R3 Pro and pretty impressed by it but I was really disappointed that the player software is not the same as the Android app regarding one feature I really liked - being able to build a play queue. I'm not a playlist guy. When I have listening sessions, I like to look around and pick a track here and there and add them to a current play queue rather than build a playlist. The app is one of the main reasons I went with the R3 Pro so not to have this feature was disappointing.

For those of you who have had this player for a bit or have some insights into these things, how likely is it that Hiby will add this feature to the R3 Pro?

Yes it can do it. Not very useful to me personally.

went to boot up my R3 after a long time and Tidal no longer initiates. Shows an "unauthorized" message. Firmware is current.
Can the R3 no longer access Tidal? I know there MQA issues but is Tidal blocking it now?

On the R3Pro the login UI is normal. But I don't actually own an account so it just reports wrong username or password.

I recently bought a Hiby R3 Pro and enjoying this little DAP. However, I am having problems installing firmware update 1.4. I have downloaded the firmware on my R3 Pro and selected to install. The R3 Pro reboots but when I checked firmware version it’s still on v1.3. Please advise.
