Maybe someone here can Proxy a Fulla 2 for you from the U.S?

I'd do it for you @Mr Trev. PM me if interested...

There is that, but I'm still gonna be getting bent over on the exchange (+35% last I checked). That's why I was wondering if anybody could vouch for the Micca or SMSL - at least I can get them off our local Amazon and avoid the painful chafing.

BTW, what are your guys impressions of Schiit's gear anyways?

Well friends, my year started out with a schiit storm...

My beloved LG V10 took a dump on me on new year's eve. CONSTANT BOOTLOOP! NOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo...............!

Bare in mind the device is 9 months old. I LOVED this phone up until this point. The fact that I am so hacked into the mobile phone matrix, panic set in almost immediately, as I have no other device to plug my sim card into (besides my wife's old Iphone 6 Plus, ACK!).

So, I did what any psycho would do, I jumped on Amazon and ordered a ZTE Axon 7. In the meanwhile I was able to get ahold of AT&T and they are sending me a replacement V10 free of charge as long as I send the broken one back.

The cool thing about all of this is I can finally do a side by side comparison of these two phones.

Happy new year everyone.

Dayum! Finally got caught by the infamous LG bootloop, eh

I can almost guarantee you'll like the V10 better, Vince. Guys I trust say that while ZTE's user interface is improving, it just can't compete with those from the big boys like LG and Samsung. But maybe I'll be wrong. Curious to see your thoughts on it.

Personally, I'm glad that OnePlus is working on improving sound quality on the newer OP3 updates. It sounded bad when I first got it, but it's getting better. Not great. Just better...

Don't know how it compares, but I like the sound from my HTC10 (not cheap, but see deals on it often).

Yes, drbluenewmexico told me you urged him to get an HTC 10, and he's loving it. For the price I love my OP3, but I've been contacting them to try and get them to implement a dedicated AKM DAC in their upcoming phones. I'm hoping they listen!

The HTC10 does have a separate dac chip... Made the external Amp/dacs redundant (the external amp/dac may be a bit better, haven't compared, but not worth stressing around another brick). Just sayin.
(oh, and urging someone to buy something isn't my style, would feel too guilty if they don't like it. I did write him and post that I really liked listening to it, though...)

Oh yeah, I knew that DrJazz. I was saying that I'm trying to convince OnePlus to go with an AKM DAC like HTC, LG, and ZTE have in their recent flagships. It would solve the one issue I have with the OnePlus 3, which is that it just can't keep up with my DAPs.
