Damn these KZ ED10 are a lot of fun, and a great compliment to the ed9 and ATE.

Bass is boosted and bouncy, but very fast in its response.

No brainer, another great one from KZ. Now it's just a matter of seeing where they stack up, but they are definitely top three of all KZ products I've tried.

They keep bringing it with every release, and with the frequency of releases it's like having a subscription lol

You guys all celebrating the 4th have a good one! Here in Calgary we'll be celebrating too... the start of Stampede! Yeehaw!

Most amusing Stampede memory: 10:00 Friday morning, watching a rather intoxicated woman try to throw her shoes at the traffic on 4 st. sw.

Dudes, I posted this today on the MT220 thread:

I Got the the Yamaha MT220 today and straight out of the box they sound better than expected as I could listen to them without any problem.

Yes more sub bass than the Yamaha HPH200, good mids and decent top end.

Yes also I would expect the soundstage and top end to open up with burn-in.

Will burn-in continuously at low volume over night etc. for at least 48 hours and expect them to sound better.

BTW, I am using the Hidizs AP100 DAP and Geek-Out 450 USB-DAC which are my favourite after owning many others in the last 6 months.

I paid £100 and I believe can be bought for $140 US (for the MT220).

I am also looking forward to experimenting after burn-in time (at least 100 hours) and will give my feedback.

Mini update:

I notice when I compress the pleather pads while on my head, it alters the sound, to be noticeably different.

The stock pads are better than I was expecting and the cable not too much of a problem with a DAP on the move. I will probably secure some of the excess cable with bands etc.

I am at the Hilton Garden in NY Long Island for my brothers wedding the rates went up because of the 4th of July average night for hotels is $490 a night. If I didn't need to stay for 3 days you know the audio equipment I could have bought damn I should have slept in the car.
