THX H2, you sealed my thoughts on the Mojo. For my needs it's just too much to spend! Now the 668 B is a whole nother story, I have been jamming on mine for some time now and can heartily recommend to anyone who has a spare $25 get these asap:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Its a good unit, I won't deny that. Just not what I personally require from my musical experience.

I kept the Tralucent DacAmp One instead.

I agree wit you.

I didn't find it to be great in all pairings and it sounded quite unengaging with some of my favorite IEM's as well while it sounded absolutely fantastic with others.......

In total I'd still like one though

I'll let you in on a little secret while I'm here.

The Tralucent DacAmp One was originally the same price as Mojo, about $599 USD.

It never really grabbed traction here I think partly due to its high price tag back then. There are a few discontinued units floating around on eBay for just $200 USD these days.

She's a good DAC indeed.

Don't do this to me. I wonder what the kids say about amp/dac combos for dinner the next couple of moths

I'm not fully sure yet whether I'll keep the Mojo or not. There are a few really great things about it but also some other that don't meet my personal requirements for "the perfect DAC-Amp/Amp". If there was just a more precise volume indicator (nice to have but not mandatory) and especially a finer-grained volume control in the lower range (the DX90 has really spoilt me in this regard with its perfectly precise 0.5 increment steps over the whole attenuation range), I think my decision would be very clear.
I'll keep listening and will decide later in a few days/weeks.

What's for sure is that I could use the Mojo in a stack, however I really don't want triple stacks on the go anymore and also no small (trans-) portable double stacks on my desk.

The perfect (semi-) stationary all-rounder for me has yet to be built for me. If there was only something with all of the features I love about my DX90 but with an optical audio input...

The Moon Audio Neo 430HA could have been it (the perfect device) but it is hissy with IEMs, so I have read.

Give it time Chris, use the return period to your advantage, let your natural instinct decide. You could always head to the Mojo thread and read a few posts for inspiration!

While I'm at it, here's my thoughts on the iBasso D14 Bushmaster:

Nice Peter:smile: Don't get ne wrong guys I think the Mojo can be paired right to be an end all rig but I'm starting to really have personal justification for a lot of my gears:confused: Weening myself off that most toys wins mentality and trying to put a cap on it. Going to adopt a living my audio fantasies through a lot of you guys now. :beers:

Oh man, that sux to hear.

Do you know what is broken? The cable? Probably near the 3.5 mm connector? Maybe one of the filters is clogged? Or do you think it is the driver?

As long it is cable-related, I would highly recommend getting the cable swapped by someone with soldering experience with IEMs.

Sorry m8.  That's an arrow to the knee.  2016 has been one big mixed bag.  Had my first "unlucky" month of one mishap after another, and touch wood* it'll stay away for a bit.  But there's some very exciting things comin' and that makes me happy.

This would have been me if I were you in that situation;
