The FreQ Custom IEMs - Impressions Thread (Updates on First Page!)
Feb 26, 2009 at 12:37 AM Post #3,917 of 3,960
Just to let the people know who need repairs on their freq's or any custom IEM for that matter. I had to get mine recabled and sent them to HY. They took care of it sent them back good as new, can't tell they've been taken apart. They are they only place that was willing to help me out, and they were great to work with.

Me too, and I'd love a slight tweak to the left casing... ah well

I sent my FreQs to Fisher Hearing for a repair. One earpiece kept disconnecting from the cable. Almost lost the earpiece a couple of times. I just got them back repaired and not charge.

Do you think anyone will pop in and post a message confirming this? At least this way will know for certain.

His last "activity" was in September. I don't think there is a way to see the last time a member logged in to these forums.

The cables on my Freq Show earpieces are gonna go, I'm certain of it. I'd like to upgrade to a detatchable cable but it looks like there's no possibility of upgrade now...

Do Hearyourself offer that?

Fisher Audio in Lake Mary, FL is the builder of Freq's and they still offer warranty service. They also advertise service on any IEM's.

Welcome

Thanks mate
