don't care about....
headphone out- will never use it, always use an amp
battery life, 4 hours is enough for my dailly commute and some
pretty UI - HIFI Man 601 interface does the job.
internal memory- will always use SD card

To be honest in comparison, nope. Not even close. My DX100, Studio V and Rocoo BA all put the Cowon to shame, sound quality wise.

So does it offer 24/96 as stated few months ago or not?
Give this 8 Gb internal memory, micro sd card, Rockbox optional anyone? 20+ battery life and people will forget soon about DX100.
By the way, had one and sold it.10 hours battery life won't the price any justice.
