What do you mean?
Sony capped the ZX707 and took away high gain mode.

Only the Japanese (and few other Asian countries) have the un-nerfed versions. NA ZX707 has 50mW of output in 3.5mm and 230mW in 4.4mm balanced. High gain doubles those amounts.

Japanese ZX707 specs:

5days left on vintage Grado auctions from ebay user “willwaffle” whom describes headphones as previously owned by recently deceased audiophile. Sad, couldve been a HF member. Proceeds go to widow. She was already married to an audiophile so I think she’s suffered enough. I hope these items dont go for below avg market value. Besides vintage Grado also some highly inflated demand vintage Sennheisers in there as well.

Ebay auctions are always slow until the last few hours, sometimes the last 15 minutes and sometimes the last minute as people use sniping software. I'm sure people are watching those items.

I hate to say my first reaction to the widow of an audiophile story, but sob stories are suspect to me. How many audiophiles have a private collection of 5 pairs of HD 600, with box? The account was created in 2016, but it has very low quantity of feedback (tbh so does mine, because I don’t sell much). I have no proof or desire to make things worse for her if the situation is true, but be careful not to cause your own misfortune.

Healthy skepticism is fair. On the other hand, buying multiple of the same item can be an OCD symptom related to hoarding. I know there are people in this forum who own multiples of particular headphones. Not to cast aspersions on the hobby, but OCD/hoarding wouldn't strike me as particularly uncommon with audiophiles.

Less feedback over a long period but all positive actually strikes me as an indication of a genuine account. Scammers tend to have newer accounts.

Buying multiple of the same item? Hmmph!
