Please report them to Amazon if you have not done so already. It is a daily battle with these types.

 
At one time I did.  There are so many and they never stop showing up.  I don't have the time to do Amazon's job of stemming the tide of these fraudsters.

Unfortunately, I fear that Amazon does a more careful job screening the reviews that people write about their products prior to posting them than they do in screening vendors who want to join their "come one, come all" marketplace!
 
I long for the days when Amazon was more a supplier than a marketplace!
