Amazon 3rd Party Prime Seller has the Over Ear Blue Ant Embrace Headphones for $8 shipped through Prime. (no tax in my area)

C/Net David Carnoy rated this set 3.5 Stars when they sold for $200 back in 2011

I cannot confirm the $200 sell price, but Keepa shows a $100 price in 2012 dropping to $40 in 2014.

There was brief generally positive discussion of the sound and build on this thread in 2014.  They continued to drop in price, but this is the lowest.

Another super cheap phone...real beechwood over ear Rosewill phone  $15 net cost after $15 mail in rebate.

Starting at Midnight Pacific Time tomorrow (11/14) Newegg will have the Rosewill Prelude Beechwood On-Ear Headphones Model RWH-001 for $30 less a $15 mail in rebate.

$60 at Amazon where there is a recent extensive video review.

Price is not good now...its a 1 day shellshocker starting 12PM Pacific time (about 2.5 hours from this post).

If the boxes are any indication then it should start November 18th, anything I received from Amazon within the past few days has the standard amazon tape that says November 18th.

I don't know if that's an indicator of their Black Friday deals. The packages I've received recently have had tape advertising their new show The Grand Tour which airs on 11/18.

We'll probably see some solid deals this year, but I'm expecting it to be like last year where most of the stuff on Amazon was meh. IIRC the best headphone deals last year came directly from the manufacturers.

That's a fair point and most likely the case although I'm still hopeful that's when it begins.

Noble Audio, 64 Audio, Clear Tunes and Empire Ears had a 20% off sale last year, I think ACS also had one but I'm not sure.

Woo Audio had a 10% sale on their amps last year so they might do so again this year.

With Amazon sales I don't expect much from headphone sales but some work shoes/boots and other kitchen related electronics are usually good enough for me.

Their brand sells a bunch of headphones on Amazon for about $10, which is what you would end up paying for those.

That said, I have not tried them... they could be good, but I highly doubt it.

Do you know how long Adorama deals usually last?

Sorry for going off topic for a bit, but does anyone know how it compares to the Schiit Magni?
