I'm considering the Brainwavz Delta, I need two and I can get two for around $23.50 (mic version from mp4nation).  Only problem is shipping, I would need to upgrade to fedex to make sure I get them in time.

I was thinking the same thing. With the massively discounted HD 700 last week along with sales across the entire HD line, I wonder if there may be a new flagship (or perhaps a new planar) in the pipeline that they may be getting ready to announce? That would be nuts.

HD 700 was heavily discounted because it sucks and doesn't sell well. HD 6x0 were discounted because there's a lot of them available. They've been in production for what, 15+ years? It was a big discount weekend. Those were good targets for Sennheiser.

I completely agree on the HD700, but the hd600/650 sales are pretty much constant...it definitely seems like they are clearing stock...although that doesn't mean they're launching Orpheus 2.0 necessarily, it could mean they're going to either A: refresh products or B: set a new price point and want to capitalize on the perception of their MSRP being 400 and 500 instead of 300 and 350 for ex.

I picked up vsd3s fixed version for a little under 40 dollars shipped. Makes me happy at least! I'm surprised it doesn't get as much attention as the havi b3 when the comparison reviews I read seem to give the edge to the vsd3s...although maybe that's because the detachable cables are rubbish on the vsonics. At least they have a "fixed" version now.

It is said to be one of the top dual driver IEMS budget wise. Haven't heard it myself but it has been getting rave reviews from prominent members. In terms of price, there may be better choices depending on your preferences. What kind of headphone are you looking for?
