Just to be sure,the best offer for IEM at the price range of 100+-$ is still the gr07 bass right?

Agree 100% this is the one deal I had to bite on $100 for GR07 Bass Edition, not an amazing deal but these are to good to pass on for that price they will blow everything away. The HE-400 was also a really attractive deal. The Sennheiser HD598 was amazing but sold out right away, and it just wasn't that high end of a headphone for me to go for. 
 
Those were the big 3 deals IMHO so far that were affordable. 
 
I'm still waiting for a good DAC the Fiio DAC deals are mediocre. Anyone see a good Fiio deal that actually is more than just 20-30$ one of the older models?

where was the $100 for GR07 at?

How about the RHA MA750i from Newegg?

Didn't see this deal it's also very very good. These are better than the GR07 Bass if you want the bass heavy sound signature. Reviews have them over the GR07 for the most part and better build quality.
