Pretty damn good cheapo IEMs, especially for the price.

Power conditioner suggestions?

I have the Monster MP HTS 1600 filtering my Denon and Definitive Technology home theater system. It makes a noticeable improvement and on top of that it regulates the voltage so it's more consistent. And then for my desktop DAC I have a SL Z‐Cord 3fp from MIT cables. The price tag will shock you but it not only filters out noise for the DAC but also for anything else on that entire breaker. It's kind of a crazy cable. Honestly I didn't believe it before I used it.

Well, if you want an even cheaper power cable that's extremely well-made, try Pangea:

It looks like a couple Amazon customers had some issues with fit, but mine fits snugly.  IOW, it hasn't fallen out in the three years I've had it!  I certainly won't vouch for any sonic improvement, and it's not at all flexible.  However, it gets the job done and looks pretty doing it.

About to own both... I hear no differences between the Pangea and Monoprice, but who knows, I'm a sucker for deals.

Power conditioners on the other hand CAN make a significant difference. I live in an old house (build pre-1940s) and while surely it's been rewired at some point it still has less than optimal power. It's not one of those things where you can't hear it sounding bad until you try a power conditioner and hear a significant jump in SQ.

I agree with that, good power supply is important to good audio quality. You don't need to spend too much on it though, better to upgrade other parts of your chain.

Thanks for the rec - although I'm hoping to find one with a braided mesh outer sheath like the PS Audio Jewel. Anyone know of one like that in the realm of $20-25?
