I believe this is a corollary of Graham's famous computing law: devices that under-perform & disappoint their owners are becoming smaller every year.

Funny story...
In early March this year, I had dead ES100 and UP2, as well as BTR3 with a broken clip, so I decided to replace all of them at once:

Only to see 4 days later BTR3K appear for sale: :scream:

Now that ES100 is dying too (third one!), and I only took BTR3 and UP2 from their packages to take the picture for my BTR3K review.
238$ (including tax) down the drain...
😭😭😭
Not my most expensive mistake, but maybe the most regrettable one.
