Z-Reviews and others like these a lot, and say that the identical phones are available as the Lindy 20378 ($67 shipped), and the NVX Perfect 10 ($70 Shipped). They will come with different accessories, the Brainwavz hard case is very nice, the NVX comes with both flat and angled pads.

Don't know about Lindy and NVX but brainwavz warranty is pretty good.

Z-Reviews comparison of the Brainwavz/NVX says they are not identical (slightly less stiff/pressure NVX headband, different case, angled pad option with NVX). Sonic sells the headband separately for $20. Not trying to hijack the deals thread into a comparison thread, but I think the $56 sale makes it a deal.

Side Note, Sonic used to be a source of some great headphone deals (and in my experience excellent customer service)...sad they mostly have left the category.

The SHP9500 is usually around $50, when it is actually on sale it goes down to around $40.

I have not seen the SHP9500s at $40, except for briefly some open box ones that were $38 or so. The deal sites show $50 as the frequent good deal price, so $51 is pretty good too.
