Ok, its just the way you wrote sounds to me like the shipping is not free anywehere without prime and on top of it if you are in NY you will pay taxes as well

SanDisk Ultra 256gb is now added to the deal (It wasn't this morning) $99 dollars but if you live in New York with taxes $108.86 ALSO they charge you Shipping & handling: $8.05, if you don't have Prime, sucks! Total $116.91 still a good price, with Prime shipping is free!
