It is a scam, these sellers get their money off of the high shipping cost and then turn tail and run or ship a rock. These scams happen often with like sennheisers on amazon marketplace and on ebay where the scammer does the same of vastly unpricing the headphone.

Agreed - there is no way there is a headphone on the other side of that auction - it is a scam to get a bunch of people to spend $29.99 on shipping, then they close up shop and Paypal has to pay everyone back - and it won't be quick. C'mon, man - you can't be that dim.

My apologies.  I was searching for a 560 when I came across this gem and yes it was obvious that it was too good to be true, so shockingly so that I found it funny.  In hindsight I should  not have posted without that disclaimer

Understood, my friend - it is that you never know who is reading these posts - many get emails when there is an update - not everyone is savvy and sometimes there is a language barrier - so with Head-Fi's blessing, they might consider it real -
