I use this all of the time. It's especially useful if you have multiple partitions that need cleaning up.
Wow, what a coincidence! I am using a similar tray. Not loving what I’ve seen of the new Android M2s so I decided to just go for endgame with the 2016-2018 signature series collection while I still can get them brand new. Coming from the 1A and M9, N3. Hopefully you guys don’t see me on this forum for the next 5-6 years
Can you use it on an already formatted card?I use this all of the time. It's especially useful if you have multiple partitions that need cleaning up.
Can you use it on an already formatted card?
Is there a cost?Sure. Obviously it erases everything. I discovered this app this when I had created an install disk for a PI and windows would never recover the full card size. Just enable
"Format Size Adjustment" and it fixes the issue.

The last hard reboot seemed to fix everything. Since Sony operates at a low temperature, I will leave it powered on.No, it's free.
I found that you can also delete the lower sized partition from Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc in Win+R), and then you can create a new one using the whole size of the SD card/USB stick. I didn't know about the formatting tool at that time.
Totally normal. So I did get a WM1Z off of eBay used not too long ago, but I was wondering, is it normal for both 4.4mm balanced and 3.5mm unabalanced ports to be a little "loose". I notice that when I move the earphone jack while inserted inside either port, there appears to be a little bit of play (the jack moves a tiny bit while inserted). Is this normal? Should I be worried?
Yeah, I noticed that when I insert my balanced cable into WM1A, there is perceivably less play, almost non existent tbh when compared to my WM1Z. I'm just going to assume it's because my WM1Z has more use out of that port.Totally normal.
Yes totally normal as the ports are not hard soldered to the boardSo I did get a WM1Z off of eBay used not too long ago, but I was wondering, is it normal for both 4.4mm balanced and 3.5mm unabalanced ports to be a little "loose". Do I format in Sony afterwards, or do I just transfer the music?
