lawl you guyz are still corny as ever!

Any ways there's a new fellow in the Welcome Threads gettin a tube amp, a LD MK III. I recommend the DT 880 ofc, you guys need to get in there n BACK ME UP xD

I have the 600 Ohm DT880 and the Little Dot MKIII, they sound very good to me! Plenty of power, clean and quiet.

I have been using 880/250 with IHA - 1 with balanced cables and Audeze pads.  Very pleased with that combination

Wow that would be an incredible setup with the DT880's.
I've only seen pictures of the Dragon amp.

I am using 6bx7s and EML 274b mesh in the IHA-1 . Best audio purchase I have ever made.  The Dennis Had sound (what used to be the Cary Audio sound) really fits the 880s. Clear clean image, huge sound stage with just a hint of tube smoothness.

I have a beautiful pair of 600 ohm DT880's that I just bought new pads for (the correct EDT990V replacement pad) and I love them but have always wondering what the HD600 sounds like. Has anyone of you guys sold your DT880's for a pair of HD600's? And how did it go? I'd like honest assessments please.

I had both and ended up selling the hd600. I found them to be too laid back for my taste. When I was abing them, I always ended up just listening to the dt880s. I had to force myself to listen to the hd600s for 2 weeks straight. in the end, the dt880s just light it up for me.

The difference is between the premium and the pro. The pro has a bit of a tighter, snugger clamp, which accentuates the bass at the expense of air on the premium's slightly looser fit, and it also has a coiled cable as opposed to the premium's straight one.

I had both a Pro and Preium Verision, I thought the hinges on the Preuim Version were... flimsy
