I was planning to assemble two cables - one with the Ety MMCX connectors, and one with 0.78mm pins.

Looks like the Litz wire is available in smaller quantities, with phono cartridge pins -

If your interested in litz only please disregard. But if you search on eBay for “copper wire ussr or soviet“ there are many hits for high purity surplus military Teflon coated OCC wire. I was going to try this myself and shield the braid with some gutted 550 paracord as the Teflon coating is pinkish in color. Not my color choice but the price is very reasonable.

Hey Guys, I know that we all really miss the Panda @HungryPanda - Head Fi will never be the same without him!!!!!!!!!

I hope that Mrs Panda is coping okay. A big thanks to Mary for allowing some of us to view Tom's funeral service live online on Wednesday morning. I reckon that Mary @mbwilson111 will not mind others to view the service or to view the special video that she has created as a special tribute to Tom.

I hope that Tom approves of this one! A really nice video and not only is she a really pretty and cute little girl, she is also a very talented violin player!

I have felt exhausted and empty since the funeral. Not really coping. He meant the world to me and I am lost without him.

I appreciate that some of you were kind of with me via the live stream I did not get the link until quite late on Tuesday and I did not have time to post it to everyone who might have wanted it. For that I am sorry. If anyone does want to watch it , it will be online for 28 days after the funeral. I am not comfortable sharing the passwords to login here in the thread... there are always lurkers.. so please message me if you would like to watch If someone knew him but not me, please explain how you knew him. I believe the recording of the service has been online since last night. It is only 30 minutes long and only 10 people were allowed to attend. So many deaths here that the funeral homes cannot keep up.

The video tribute plays in the middle of the service but is only seen on the screen in the room . The file that I have lets you see and hear it properly on your pc. It is an mp4. . I think I have watched it at least 100 times by now.

Headfi is not letting me attach the file (says it is too big) so I guess I will have to give you the link to my Dropbox. I don't know if that can get overloaded or not ..might be best to d/l then watch on your device. I don't use Dropbox that much. Is it safe to post it this way? I know you all have good sound available.
