Just realised last night that because the dtr1 is European model I would need an adapter from 2 pin to UK 3 pin ...glad I thought of it because amazon are not delivering next day because of covid 19 ...would of been gutted if it arrived and couldn't charge it!

@OldDude04 From your experiences of the M1060, I suggested them to a friend who is looking for some decent HPs to start out. He is mostly listening to vinyl through some vintage gear. He is going on the waiting game for the new gear to arrive. I am also sending him an older HE400S that I no longer need to give him some other sounds to play with. Explained to him about how deep the rabbit hole can go and he was already jumping head first. He got a tremendous deal on some Polk. SDA SRSs... I think he's on his way...needs a bigger room

That's awesome, but let me ask. Is he a person that could or would be able to mod the headphones? The M1060 are pretty decent stock but really come into their own with a few easy mods. Alot of my mods are aesthetic so he wouldn't need to go as far as I did, lol. If he's not the modding type, he might do better with a used MrSpeakers Aeon Flow Open, a used v1 or v2 HE560, or even a new HFM Sundara for his entry. Also, tell him I said that is a damn fine listening room, and sorry for his wallet once he heads down this road, lol.
