Cheers.

Since I have more interesting stuff with "club" in the band name, I'll go with that

Merlin DAC from Apos.Audio. Based on the AKM 4493. It's $195. Pair it with the gremlin tube amp and you have a nice little stack.

Douk Audio T7 7-Band Equaliser, Balanced XLR/RCA Preamplifier for Home Amplifiers
I have been using one for the last few months and find it very good in my desktop HP setup.
When turned on it also adds a little more oomph and welly to the sound. The off position is passthrough. It slightly colors the sound but all in a musical positive way.
I also bought one for my main stereo system but have yet to set it up. Remember you will need two sets of RCA's to connect it. It is good for tweaking the sound to you taste. I refuse to be bothered with the hassle of using software EQ and only ever had a negative experience using it.
It is very well made and good value. However it might be a little too inexpensive for Our @jerick70
Schiit Audio Lokius also does something similar but is more expensive, bigger and uses different center frequencies.

This doesn't have anything to do with audio, but those "Edwardians" sure do sound good!

Nah. I have a $69 3 to 3 XLR/RCA switcher. Though this one looks really nice. I just wish it was 3 to 3.Douk Audio T7 7-Band Equaliser, Balanced XLR/RCA Preamplifier for Home Amplifiers
