Hey @Podster, you still listening to your Trinity sets these days? I pulled out my Icarus III's this morning to use with my old iPod classic. You can definitely see the beginnings of the current IMR Acoustics sound. I guess Bob likes what he likes, lol.

Yessir, you know the Icarus III was one of his latter models before the Trinity demise! These and the Delta v2's are still my fave Trinity's I dig your red plates, I'm still on the gold carbon's myself An awesome combo here

I still have and love all these, the Vyrus v2 was my fave small driver from him

until I got these! His new and tiny stature/jumbo sound in the IMR Dawn

That's awesome that you still got them and jam them as well. For some reason I didn't receive the gold carbon plates, but I have regular carbon fibers, blues, and reds.

Wait, you got Black Carbon face plates? You know black carbon is an absolute fave of mine even with cheaper model iem's! You willin' to do a little trading I'm game but only if, I do understand a love hold I got the black with the Masters but not with my Icky's

Heck, Wokei had me so into Carbon I did my FiiO X3ii and Havi B3's in carbon tapes

These are absolutely gorgeous however they are on the heavy side physically but lack on bass compared to the Icarus III, you know I so wanted to use these face plates on the Icky's but alas just a small shell change put a hard stop on that

Well Pod, I was going to tell you that a trade wasn't necessary and that you could just have the carbon plates.... But when I just pulled them out of the case to check them out, it appears they are plates for the Trinity Masters that I no longer own. My bad for getting your hopes up for a carbon Icarus, guess that would be flying too close to the sun .
