How do you replace the battery? Do you have to remove the back carbon fibre panel with heat gun/suction cup? I can't tell from pictures if the battery is under the display panel or under the carbon fiber cover. There seems to be room for internals on both sides.

Oh snap you're right. There are two screws near the Micro USB port. I didn't see that when I tried it in store.

My home wifi connected just fine, it's the hotspot on my iPhone I can't connect to.

Just tried connecting to my android (Sony) phone's hotspot, worked just fine. I'd imagine iPhone's shouldn't make a difference but don't have a iPhone 5S around to try.

No issues connecting to Note3 /w KitKat 4.4.2 either (my AK240 on 1.09).
