Yes, it can install Poweramp. Yes, the US certain is volume capped. But you most likely won't have a problem with IEMs.

Are you connect the device to WiFi? If so you may be able to reset the pin using the Google Android device manager on their site. Otherwise I hate to tell you this buddy but you may have a $600 brick.

Why do you need a pin on a dap. I just have it off.
