yeah, but a price to pay for zx2 owners because there isn't many DAPs in the market which are 3.5mm TRRS friendly

Of course,you can use both TRS custom or the stock se846  cable  and TRRS with ZX2 but i highly suggest getting a TRRS cable for se846.It is really a sublime combination and this cable is an ideal partner with shure http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pure-Solid-Silver-Shure-SE535-SE425-SE315-SE846-UE900-Fidue-A83-upgrade-cable-/181983121347

u can get your custom cable re-terminated to TRRS, the IC that i made is to test other players or amp/dac which my TRRS cable don't work with.

I don't think it will be balanced (correct me if i am wrong)

You can not separate a joined ground. You can join 2 grounds into one joined with adapter.

Try to think if I have green water and red water merged, can you split it out back to red, and green into the cups ? You can only merge them together

I agree.  I have not come across any better one on the battery playback time.

Hi everyone,
 
Since I've been enjoying Sony NW ZX2 for about 6 months I followed this forum and read all the posts from the start and even improved my joy out of x2 learning very useful infos.
 
I am about to buy a portable amplifier and liked the specs of VORZUGE PURE II +​
 
Has anyone tried this amp together with ZX2.
 
What are your opinions about the combo of ZX2 + VORZUGE PURE II+  + OPPO PM2
 
Your advices will highly be appreciated.
