Just bought the official 4.4mm stock cable, and then bought the Brise Audio BSEP cable, should make up mind for BSEP sooner, I have already bought 4 upgrade cables for Z1R. Lesson learned: always go to the best choice, you will end up there anyway, so just save your $$ to buy those less than best choices.

Tempted, but for $900, I will have to pass unless I can find a used one.

That was a quick turnaround! I would say better late then never with the bsep x Z1R combo!

I think the stiffness of BSEP cable can be a good thing too. My Asuha series goes around my ears without touching it. It makes wearing Z1r like wearing TWS and it's light weight, so not an issue for me.

I'm listening to the IER-Z1R with the iBasso DC-Elite right now... truly a fantastic synergy!!!

exactly the same here. got four cables over the past months. BSEP blew everything out of the park.

Brise Audio has such long lead time, I was just notified that they can ship my BSEP cable 2.5 months later.

Hi to everyone.
I`m buy of z1r, and this on the way to me.
Question:

What are some ways to improve bass and stage?
I know that he is the king here, or at least one of the best.
How else can we improve? I'm a fan of both bass and stage.
Cable? I was advised about prion4 DHC. Nozzles? I bought all the best eartips from the rating (very much - only Faudio FA Instrument Eartips Silicon don`t buy yet), with the best bass, acoustune 06 really give excellent bass, but not on all my iems.
I read that they remove the standard foam or change it.
But it helps with HF and MF. And I'm interested in BASS.

Z1R is not a bass monster. That's a common misconception. It has incredibly deep, punchy and realistic bass, but it's no Legend X in bass quantity. The best I've heard Z1R bass is plugged in to a desktop amp. That will give you the size you're after. No cable is going to give you bigger bass if you plug Z1R into a weak source, dongle or phone.

I would definitely agree with all of these statements.

I`m mean not about quantity of bass - only quality important for me. Thank you for answer.
