SONY IER-Z1R

I took really awkward close up ear pics for people that don't understand. One is deep seal and the other is regular. I can't guarantee that everyone can do this, but for those that can it's a nice option.

That's almost an ear rape.

I definitely use normal seal (second pic), with the largest TC tips, that seals well, but increase the sound path within the ear canal. But similar sound as Silicone tips with deeper insertion.

Not a gambling man, but as the owner of the Andro S, I'm really interested in your impressions.

I will do a head to head comparison on low/mid/high and other blahblahblah we like based on music style I like and rating them like 1-2-3-4 on each one. at the end I will have an score with a lot of comments. I think will be fun to do.

PS.: Already getting impressed on the first couple hours.

Looking forward to this. I particularly want to see your impressions between the comparison of the IER-Z1R and the A12T.

Very cool. As a proud owner of the Andromeda S myself, I look forward to seeing how your comparisons compare to mine once I receive delivery of the Z1R tomorrow.

I will have to take em our from my stash again and do a quick comparison. But from memory, bass wise N8 beats 1r any time of the day. Let me check again. I almost forgot how my N8 sounded since I got my 10K

N8 and Z1R is my 1 million dollar question now after getting the A12t and understanding how 64 Audio signature is and having the both Sony's in the house for a few weeks now.

Didn't like any other hybrid I had in mind before for a CIEM. (Khan, JH Lola)

I have new Tia Trios and Z1R's at home right now also.... They are an interesting comparision, and actually share strengths. One thing that doesn't bother me at all is the fit and weight of the Z1R. I've heard multiple people have issues with this, but they have worked very well for me in this regard.

Tell me more about this comparison, really interested now. I feel the Z1r big and heavy and if laying in bed with it I can definitely feel the sharp edges on the back of my ear.

PS.: were you the guy on the 64 thread trying to decide which one to keep?
