which Floyd album do you recommend for the best recording?  I have Pulse which is already pretty good.

Not an album per se but there's a great rendition of 'Wish you were here' and 'Money'

Hello,

I can recommend the "Stockfisch - Closer to music" Sampler. Audiophile recordings meet nice music. They've become a reference to me when it comes to sort out new / probably better components and - much more important - for relaxed listening after a long day.

For some easy listening, I would have to add Alison Krauss to this mix. I'm not often in the mood to listen this genre of music but after listening to the "Forget About It" album, I'm very impressed with the mastering of the music. The vocals are amazingly lifelike...sounds like she is sitting about six feet from where I'm sitting and sing to me personally. Pretty cool..

Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of The Moon
Pink Floyd - Obscured by Clouds (song)
Pink Floyd - When You're In
Pink Floyd - Bike
The Alan Parsons Project - I Robot
The Who - Tommy

It would take me quite a while to list all the songs that make me feel great when listening to headphones, so I guess that this will suffice for now.

I know this is a cover but it sounds so much better than the original and Opeth is just a great band. I know Still the day has a little white noise however the song still sounds great.
