Cliched contribution today but I just got round to sourcing a copy - It's true what they say, this recording is almost exemplary.
Very close to topping my 'Joe Satriani Live in Paris' as best live guitar recording.

Eric Clapton - Unplugged

Johnny Cash - Personal File (2 Disc set)

You can really hear his voice echoing around the room he's in and you can hear every creak of his guitar.

ANYTHING by Shpongle or Ott. If you have never heard them you haven't listened to perfect music.

Royksopp, that Norwegian electronic duo always has something new to offer up with their nordic ways.
Melody A.M was a great album and the single, Eple - still makes me boogie.

Quincy Jones - You've Got It Bad Girl (1973) (Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab)

This album is worth it just for the opening track 'Summer in the City'. Pharcyde hip-hop fans will instantly reminisce and recognize
the source.

Hd 25-1 II:

The Prodigy - Omen / Firestarter / Breathe (~1000 kb/s FLAC and you will understand what I'm talkin bout!)

it kicks my Ass every time. unbelievable punchy!

ATH-M50:

Michael Hunter - Soviet Connection
Nero - Innocence
Soundtracks in general

M50 just sounds so detailed and separated, but not so fun to listen to, too balanced (though some beats are way in front and midrange is a bit in the back).
HD 25 has such a fun yet detailed sound... the bass is a bit pronounced at home, but in the bus or train its PERFECT. Never heard a bass punch like that!
