I received my Uptone LPS-1 power supply today and installed the Kitsune DC adapter kit.

I removed the IEC inlet, but chose to leave the OEM power supply in place.

There's a big hole where the IEC inlet used to be.

I needed a 3' long DC power cord, so I mocked up one myself. Fits the Kitsune "block off" plate just fine.

Here's a view of the finished installation.

Installation was pretty straight forward. However, there are lots of tiny torx and hex fasteners. You've got to have the right tools for this job!

So how does it sound. Frickin' amazeballs!
My initial impression with just a few songs is that the bass is improved significantly. More sparkle up top and a seriously "black" background. I'm a happy camper!

Any chance you could re-upload the pictures? Seems they are down on photobucket.
I understand removing the IEC inlet, but there is one wire attached to the inlet & another to the board that seems attached with a lug nut & screw. How is this removed?

I believe it’s a 5 or 5.5mm nut so use a socket.

Dumb question, can the SU-1 connect to more than one DAC simultaneously. For example I2S and Coax simultaneously? Or can it only output to one DAC at a time?

That's actually a pretty good question. While I've never tried it - I believe that the output to all channels occurs simultaneously.
There isn't a switch on the Singxer that forces you to choose a single output, therefore I believe the output is available simultaneously.

Yes, it works. I currently have all the outputs connected to something.

As @ZGojira said, it works great. It adds a lot of value to the SU-1. I2S and coax just so happens to be what I'm using with mine as well.

Can anyone with the SU-1 help me please, is there a 16-bit output setting in the XMOS driver control panel like the following or only 24 and 32 bit?

I believe so, but I m currently using the Holo Audio driver with my SU-1, works great and it definitely does offer 16-bit output option..
