Soundstage - IE80 > 4R = EX1000 > SE535

Detail - SE535 >= (equal, if not better) 4R >= EX1000 > IE80

Bass - quantity - IE80 > EX1000 > 4R > SE535

           quality - EX1000 > SE535 >= 4R > IE80

Clarity - SE535 > EX1000 > 4R > IE80

Mids - SE535 >= 4R > EX1000 = IE80

Highs - SE535 > 4R = EX1000 = IE80

Regardless the product price, where is the position of SE215 in your above comparison?

I was thinking about the IE80s as well, but have a question about the isolation. I have the 215 and 535s and love the way they really seal. Does anyone have a comparison on how the IE80s isolate compared to the Shures?

IE80 has a better soundstage and bass. SE535 is better in mid. If u prefere listening female voice annd SE535 would be ur choice. IE80 is better in classic music. For me, my ears begin to feel uncomfortable after wearing IE80 for 1 hour.
