... Do you have concerns about the 'horizontal' orientation of the four 12AX7s in BHA-100? I'm thinking of: firmness of attachment to sockets, proximity to each other, and heat dissipation.

I haven't opened and gotten into the amp yet. Right now I have it standing vertical which I have more concern of the manner in which heat is dissipated (heat rises as we all know) than horizontal.
Top idle: 110.84°F
Bottom idle: 91.76°F

My most up to date setup after my new desk arrived!
It amazes me how you can hide the "mess" of power cables here. Lovely table btw, i'm currently thinking about getting a new table too (something with more storages and able to hide the mess behind the table).

Thanks. I use either the Samsung tablet or iMac purely as remotes. The speakers are Acoustic Energy AE1.

Love the DNA amp! And...your dog has no underbite. This is my pup.Moved to a different corner of the room and changed things up a bit. (I'm waiting on a JAR650 to be built for the third hanger).
Please don't make fun of my doggo's ridiculous underbite. He's really self-conscious about it.
