No wood, just soft replacable spacers on the headband for people with smaller sculls than the HiFiMAN test (doll) head.

I'm going to be upgrading soon to iTunes - DACPort LX - Schiit Valhalla - HD650 with my HiFiMan HE-300 right next to my HD650 on my stand. Anybody like the stand? I heard the asgard and lcd-2 combo at the last NJ show and thought it was excellent sounding.  It should do about 1W into the LCD-2 which is fine for them.
