:scream::scream::scream: I just saw how much the EA Leo II Octa cable is.
Some Cables can cost an arm and legs . I am glad that the C9 is what it is and IMO...cheap for what it has to offer.

At least it isn’t only about 8-16 simple solder joints but cost and arm and legs

The M8 also is superb price to performances ratio when compared to cables like such

I only recently accepted that there is now a true summit-fi in portable with no limit on how much things can cost. The irony is that it makes me appreciate good value products a lot more, even if I get sent the ridiculously expensive stuff for review. Some of the most affordable products I have reviewed impressed me the most, like the M0, which I still think is pure genius.

Has anybody tried the M8 with the Campfire Andromeda IEM's by any chance?

I'm looking to purchase a set of Andromeda OR Solaris 2020 but wondered if they are a good match with the M8?

Thanks
Same thinking as you.

3.5mm single ended OI should be 1ohm or less, so that's one thing. We're just hoping that some one can confirm the good pairing.

Wondering wether these will fit to very low impedance IEMs like Andromeda Gold with 7Ohm.
I just tried some A&K SR25 with 1.6 Ohm and whole bass was gone.I have read somewhere that M8 is running with 2 Ohm balanced.
That would be definitely too high for such setups...

I have the Solaris OG, zero problems with hiss, even in turbo mode, turned all the way up (without music, of course).

I haven't heard the 2020, but the M8 rocks my Solaris OG, it's a fantastic pairing. @Rockwell75 also pairs one of the Solaris iterations with his M8.

This is great to hear. I was a little worried the Solaris OG would be a bit too warm for the M8. Even with a silver cable.

@Rockwell75
You got rid of your Andro Golds before trying M8 unfortunately, right?
Am really a bit suspicious after A&K SR25 recommendation in forum and then these turned out to be lacking bass with their 1,6 Ohm balanced.
Even an attached IFI iematch in Ultra mode couldn't satisfy me.
Am currently trying to seperate sources (Paw S1 on its way to me) but somehow when looking for a high end DAP I am always dreaming of making it pair well with all my gear...

I listened to AG briefly on the M8. What are you trying to find out?
