Niiice! The battery module uses 18650 batteries, so no 3.7v to 8.4v conversion for the amplifier, I guess.

Similar pricing (competitive), but functionality is a lot more practical and allow me to modular any DAP I want....if I want ES9028Pros, then you can see my avatar pic and if I want Cirrus chips then there is DX300.
A hell lot easier to carry around

Nah... I do need an actual portable that actually fits in one's hand and pocket. Albeit adding a C9 shortly will put paid to that fact! Still, C9 is really for office and holiday listening duties. Am seriously considering this as I've just sold my 'static' streaming unit and need a replacement within my HiFi setup. This looks very flexible by way of connections, future modules and portability when required (kind of).
