Got my pair of XE800 in today, giving them a listen, sound is quite fantastic 

 
Stock tips worked alright, preferred the sony mh1 tips and the heir tips though. For $60 these are super nice and comfy, just went and was lying down with they are just so low profile.

I'd still pick an MH1 over the MH750, the price difference is small and the MH1 is a really capable iem, that deserves a listen.

The mh1 are indeed quite a good pair of iems for their price and their tips are quite excellent. Shame the cable is awful, got the mh750 ordered as I want a few more of their tips, ebay has some quite cheap as well.

Yes it does, it's just not as good an iem as the MH1 and the price difference is small. If the MH1 had less bass and a better cable it would be one of the best iems you could get for under 100$

Pardon the icky stuff on the black tips, tried to clean it a little but this is all I can do at the moment. Might be hard to see the white.

First link nope, those are standard Sony tips, second link yeah. Did realize that the eBay sellers are mostly just probably selling the unit and not extra tips. Got my mh750 from sonic electronix for quite a bit more but it came with small and large tips as well. They also got here pretty fast but would probably take a bit longer for you or be at a price higher than expected for you.

Just tried those standard sony tips you linked and they sound pretty much identical to the mh1 tips.

Just buy the MH750. It's cheap as hell and you'll get the tips. The regular hybrids don't sound the same on the GR07 but they may on the XE800, I dunno.

Yeah I got em, sound is nearly identical so if you want to keep it simple get em. There may be some slight difference between them and the mh1 tips but I'm not hearing much difference. Possibly over time I may notice some more but they are cheap as are the mh750 but up to you.
