 I am not exactly aware of (Trison) but ACRO is the authorized dealer in India, I can say that because i was told by SoundMAGIC china.

 I have the Original one, and about M9 classic the word is that its not par with today's budget earphones, they are good for bass but there are bassier and more detailed earphones in the market, if you are not looking for exact signature, its not the best.

 Under 5k? there is only one Xduoo X2. High res, UI is slightly unrefined but its a nice sounding budget player. Going for i think Around 4k. Better than any thing on the market in its price range at this time.

 X1 is over 7K, and i have never been exposed to Ipod Nano, I had an ipod 5g and its SQ and drive ability is not par with X1 or X2. If you want a better UI and you can shell out some more money, Go for X1, it has better build, but its twice the size of X2, it has better UI but price is double too, SQ is slightly less edgy on the X1 but details are similar with a bit more extension.
